What is the Optimal Serving Size?

Skill Pre-Workout is a powerful supplement, so it’s important to adjust the serving size appropriate to your needs. If you’re new to pre-workout, start with just one scoop. One scoop will be enough to give you the energy boost and focus you need for your training.

For advanced users with experience using pre-workouts, a serving of two to three scoops (16 g) is recommended. Depending on your tolerance - how accustomed your body is to these ingredients - you can gradually increase the dosage with subsequent workouts to stay at your peak performance. However, do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Beta-Alanine – What Causes the Tingling?

After taking Skill Pre-Workout, you may notice a mild tingling sensation on your skin. Don’t worry - this is caused by beta-alanine, a key ingredient in many pre-workout supplements. This sensation, known as paresthesia, is completely safe but can be surprising for some people.

To reduce this effect, divide the serving into three smaller portions and consume them over time. For example, instead of drinking the entire shaker at once, split it into three servings and consume them within an hour before your workout. This method helps to minimise the intensity of the tingling.

How to Consume Skill Pre-Workout?

To benefit from the effects and flavour of Skill Pre-Workout, dissolve your desired amount of scoops, up to a maximum of three, in 300 ml of water. Each Skill flavour has been designed to taste great, even with plain water.

How to Avoid Undesired Effects from Pre-workout?

Skill Pre-Workout is easy to measure—one scoop equals 5.3 g—and tastes great when mixed with 100 ml of water. The daily limit is three scoops (16 g total), dissolved in 300 ml of water for the best taste and maximum impact.

The recommended safe daily caffeine intake is up to 400 mg, so monitor your caffeine consumption throughout the day if you consume caffeine from other sources such as coffee or energy drinks/tablets.

Remember caffeine tolerance varies between individuals and increases with regular use. We recommend starting with one scoop + 100 ml water for convenience and optimal taste. Mixing the powder with plain water brings out its full flavour.
