Blacharska 11, 61-006 Poznań, as the Data Controller, collects your data in an automated manner and becomes their Data Controller. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is provided below.

1. Data Controller

1.1. The Data Controller of personal data of users of the Skill-nutrition.com website is Olivit spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, located in Poznań at ul. Blacharska 11, 61-006 Poznań, registered by the District Court of Old Town and Wilda in Poznań in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000581055, NIP: 783-173-07-91; REGON 362497678 (“Data Controller”).

1.2. The Data Controller processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

2. Collected Data

Collected personal data includes: first name and last name, company name, phone number, email address. Personal data is collected when using the contact form, newsletter subscription form, and during communication with the data subject.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Data will be processed for the purpose of:
3.1. Responding to questions asked in the contact form based on Art. 6(1)(a) and (c) GDPR until the request for their deletion;

3.2. Sending a newsletter with informational content about products offered by the Data Controller until consent is withdrawn - based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR;

3.3. Depending on the scope of the data provided to us, this includes the first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number, and any data contained in the message or during a phone conversation (providing data is voluntary but necessary to establish contact).

4. Voluntary Provision of Data and Consent to Processing

The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the purposes of establishing contact or receiving a newsletter. The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

5. Rights Related to Data Processing

5.1. The data subject has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, or limit its processing, as well as the right to data portability.

The anticipated recipients of the data are entities to whom the Data Controller entrusts data processing, including entities providing technical infrastructure used for running the Portal, entities that the Data Controller has commissioned customer service, employees, and associates of the Data Controller or those entities - to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or resulting from contracts you have entered into with the Data Controller.

5.4. The Data Controller may refuse to delete Data if there are grounds resulting from the law.
